Applicants should have served the required Probation period as stated in the appointment letter
PROMOTION CHECKLIST
- Application letter
- Completed UAB Form 2A
- Head of Department’s Confidential Report
- Applicant’s Curriculum Vitae
- Teaching Portfolio - A teaching portfolio should contain (applicants CV, teaching philosophy, teaching loads, course outlines, exams questions etc.)
- Applicant must undergo three DTAC assessments (those who applied before the waiver)
- Completed UAB Form 2E indicating applicants contribution to the joint publications (CAu, Sc, Dr etc)
- Completed UAB Form 2F List and Description (APA)
- Written contribution to joint publications (Separate Sheet- optional)
- Completed UAB FORM 2H -University and Public Service
- Exhibits (soft copies)
- Application Submission Forms

The College Secretariat will send an email to the applicant indicating receipt of complete dossier from the School Management Committee
Professorial
The College Secretariat will send an email to the applicant indicating receipt of a complete dossier from the School Management Committee.
A second email alert would be sent to the applicant when the dossier is forwarded to the Office of the Registrar.
