 My research areas include Public Administration and Public Policy; Health Policy and Health Systems (Global Health); Social Policy and Social Welfare; United Nations Sustainable Development Goals/Universal Health Coverage; and Foreign Policy and International Politics.


How would you explain what you do to someone unfamiliar with your work and field? 
 Interested in why and when individual characteristics and contextual factors interplay to influence behaviors and attitudes at work.


What draws you to your work? 
 Passion and desire to help people proactively perform their work tasks, leading to organizational sustainability.


What's your favorite course to teach and why?
 Research Methods


What do you wish others (colleagues, students) knew about what you do? 
 My humility and altruistic nature.


If you could share one piece of advice with students, what would it be?
 They set their future career goals.

 Seeing some of the students I mentored excelling in their chosen careers.
